Where does BSA Events deliver in Michigan?

BSA Events is a Warren, MI event rental company founded in 1981. We deliver throughout Metro Detroit and statewide Michigan, including Detroit, Warren, Sterling Heights, Troy, Novi, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Lansing, and surrounding communities. Delivery fees are based on distance from our Warren warehouse at 13559 Toepfer Road, Warren, MI 48089.

What can I rent from BSA Events?

Bounce houses, slides and combos, Super Foam Experience packages, casino night tables and packages, Night at the Derby and Back Alley Casino themes, carnival games, tents, tables, chairs, generators, and related event equipment with professional delivery and setup.

How much is a deposit?

A 25% deposit is typically required to reserve equipment after contract. You can request a free quote online, then sign and pay by card, Cash App, Venmo, check, or cash arranged with staff.

How do I check if a bounce house is free on my date?

Select your event date in the site header, then browse rentals. Availability is date-aware for contracted inventory. Add items to your cart and request a quote or checkout when ready.

Do you provide casino dealers?

Yes. Many casino packages can include professional dealers and pit staff. Staffing is quoted based on table count and shift length. Amusement-only casino nights for fundraisers are available.

Are your casino nights amusement-only, or do guests gamble with real money?

Most school, church, and nonprofit casino nights we support are amusement-only — play money, tickets, or prizes rather than real-money wagering. Corporate and private events can be set up the same way. Tell us your event type when you book.

Do you deliver casino tables or bounce houses to multi-level Detroit venues?

Yes. We regularly handle lofts and buildings with elevators or stairs. Provide venue address and load-in constraints when you request a quote so we assign the right crew and equipment. Call (586) 218-7583 with venue details.

Do you rent generators for bounce houses or outdoor foam parties?

Yes. Event generators are available when parks, yards, or outdoor venues lack reliable power. We size power to your inflatables or foam package — ask for a generator when you request a quote.

Does an open quote hold my Saturday bounce house or casino tables?

No. Open quotes never reduce inventory. Your Saturday (or any date) is held only when a contract is signed or a payment is successfully recorded — so peak-weekend availability stays accurate for every customer.
